3 Animations You Can Support

Warning, use of profanity.

Kariba: The synopsis is brilliant, and is rooted in realism; the dam created in Nubia/North Sudan, displaced a lot of Nubians. In addition to that, destroying pieces from the past of ancient Nubian culture. Some of the artifacts had to be evacuated to a different country. This fantasy teaser is not only stunning with an underlining social commentary, but it will empower little Black/African girls; by seeing themselves in such a light. A light of courage and fighting against any obstacle put in front of you, no matter how big they seem.

Tephlon Funk: A series created by Stephane Metayer about a young girl from Queensbridge who’s life turns upside down. It’s heavily inspired by both Hip Hop & Japanese Anime. The words “Tephlon Funk!” is a state of mind which means to be strong and stand out.”

Stylish, sleek, with some old school flavor and extremely smart. The use of Hip Hop as their instrument, and how it is intertwined within the fabric of Tephlon Funk is indeed ‘Dope’.

E.X.O The Legend of Wale Williams: Tricked into returning home to Nigeria after a five year absence, an impetuous young man named Wale (pronounced Wah-leh) Williams embarks on a journey to investigate his father’s mysterious disappearance. His only clue is a cryptic Nanosuit left behind for him by his father, a suit which grants superhuman abilities. As he comes to understand the suit’s powers, Wale realizes he must restore hope to the city by preventing catastrophic attacks from the sociopathic extremist, Oniku.”

An heroic tale of a man trying to defend the city that he loves and carry on his father’s mantle. I love the look and feel of E.X.O, and its’ futuristic style. Keep in mind the video trailer is not the final cut, and the final production will be visually breathtaking. This is why E.X.O grabs the number 3 spot for me.

Black Lives Matter: Ethiopian Jews

All around the world you have people of African descent being targeted, ostracized, and treated as sub-human. Not just in Israel, but the U.S, Brazil and many other countries. It is time that Black Lives Matter became more global and for our ambitions to become even greater. To fight corruption and combat those who are trying to and have been taking  advantage of our culture, our identity, and our sanity. In Dominican Republic you have Haitian migrants and citizens of Dominican Republic being treated as cattle. On an island where 90% of their citizens are indeed of African descent themselves. In many African countries, the trade system is so corrupt that other countries profit more from some African nations’ resources than they do. The aid sent to poor countries within Africa is nothing compared to the wealth allowed to be taken out. Let’s us pick up where Marcus Garvey left off, a global coalition of unity in fighting tyranny. Once we can defend ourselves, it will give us greater power to help other people locally and around the world who are going through similar grievances.

5 Signs of Housing Discrimination: Simplified Ignorance

Housing discrimination, in short, is discrimination of certain groups of people as it pertains to housing. Think job discrimination, but with real estate.

6 Signs of Housing Discrimination

1: Unfairness and unequal treatment of tenants.

Example: Black tenants are not allowed to pay rent late, but white tenants are.

2: Falsely denying a property is available for sale or rent.

Example: Retail Lady: “Oh no, this apartment complex is full, but there’s another nice one on the other side of town!”

3: Unwillingness to rent to different groups of people.

Example: “I don’t rent to black people. They’re loud and lower the property value.”

4: Refusal to accommodate the disabled.

“I don’t care if you’re blind and he helps you, no dogs period. My rules.”

5: Ending a tenancy for prejudice reasons.

“We’ve been getting complaints from the neighbors. You have to go.” (Or some other suspiciously contrived reason.)

What can be done?

If you believe you’ve been discriminated against you can contact the U.s Department of Housing and Urban Development and make a claim. This claim must be made within a year of said discriminatory act happening.

Phone number:

  • 1 (800) 333-4636

Other things to note:

  • Landlords must give you a written, 30 day notice if they’re going to raise the rent. If you’re in a lease, a landlord may not raise the rent unless the lease agreement allowed this.
  • Landlords rejecting you on the basis of low or unstable income, past evictions (unless those were due to discrimination), and credit history is not housing discrimination.

There is a video we have created on this which will be released in the next few days along with the re-launch of our Youtube channel. This video will answer much more questions concerning housing and the powers of tenants and their landlords.

The Influential Few and Public Opinion

Crony Capitalism: Is a term describing an economy in which success in business depends on close relationships between business people and government officials. It may be exhibited by favoritism in the distribution of legal permits, government grants, special tax breaks, or other forms of state interventionism.

Oligarchy: a small group of people having control of a country, organization, or institution. “the ruling oligarchy of military men around the president” a country governed by an oligarchy. “the English aristocratic oligarchy of the 19th century” government by oligarchy.

In addition, most of this started before president Obama; about 99% of this.

The Global Drought and the Battle Against Climate Change

Water, the universal solvent, provides the chemical base from which all life on Earth is derived. It is believed that our primordial soup started in the Earth’s warm oceans three and a half billion years ago. Though the Earth’s surface is over 75% covered with water (which perhaps means we should call our planet Aqua rather than Terra) only 4% of all the water on this Earth is fit for consumption by living things. And most of that free water is bound up as ice at the poles of the planet. We must all share that remaining 1% which can be found in all rivers, lakes and streams.

A day after Gov. Jerry Brown ordered drought-stricken cities to restrict water use for the first time in state history, Pierce College announced a plan to reflower its historic farm.

But if new rows of avocado, citrus and grapes should ever reach fruition next to fresh fields of hay and beefed up livestock, a new Pierce College Farm would be greener than green, officials say, saving every drop of irrigation water.

“We are going to maximize conservation, because we are concerned about water use,” said Leland “Dr. Cows” Shapiro, chairman of the Agriculture Department, which he has served since 1968. “We plan to use the most advanced conservation systems.

April 7, 2015 – With April snow measured at its lowest level on record, the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) announced that Californians in cities and towns reduced their water consumption by just 2.8 percent in February. This dismal conservation rate is the lowest monthly figure since the State Water Board began tracking the data in July 2014. Today’s announcement comes just days after the State Water Board delivered a second notice to water rights holders – including those with senior water rights – of coming curtailments of their surface water supplies.

MLK MLX Sincere Ignorance 6 I’ve been trying to carry the site on my own mostly and trying to branch out even further. I have so much for you guys and ladies, that I think you will appreciate. I also want to thank those who have already decided to follow Sincere Ignorance, and I promise I will do better. I’m trying to build a team of ambitious people who leave excuses by the waste side. If anyone is interested, please contact me at and I will respond immediately.
